Abstract

The samples were analyzed of the one perspired vaginal to all the patients that went to the Laboratory of Microbiology with the medical indication, of the one perspired vaginal and cells guides, with the objectives of identifying the causal agents but you frequent of the vaginal infections and their associations, mainly the Mobiluncus, like cause of bacterial vaginosis and of comparing two tint techniques the traditional gram technique and to the technique of gram modified employees in the I diagnose of the Mobiluncus. The results indicate that among the most frequent agents we find for order of frequency it is the Cándida, the Gardnerella, and the Mobiluncus that the most frequent association of microorganisms was that of Gardnerella and Mobiluncus being this an indicator of the Bacterial Vaginosis, when comparing the two applied techniques it was demonstrated that with the modified technique of Gram a bigger positividad percent was obtained demonstrating its biggest effectiveness in the I diagnose of the vaginosis for Mobiluncus.
