The peripheral neuropathies are very frequently as a complication of the Diabetes Mellitus. Among them, we can find the distal or proximal symmetric, the plexopathic and the autonomic polyneuritis. The mononeuritis and multiple mononeuritis are also described, but the last ones are less frequent. We present a case of a long term Type 2 diabetic patient, without evidence of polyneuritis or anatomic damage. In a little time, he developed a multiple mononeuritis taking three cranial pars (VI, VII and XII) and a neuropathic plexopathy. The case is reported because of its infrequent clinical presentation.Downloads
