We carried out a demonstrative study on the management and introduction of a warranty system of the quality “Propio”. This system was developed on the basis of a previous diagnostic of the specialized medical care processes situation and the real correspondence of its levels with the objectives for which it was created. The system was enriched and developed on the basis of the experience gained subsequently to its implementation, and after ten years working, we decided to publish it, due to the positive results it achieved and is achieving in our hospital. For a better comprehension we have divided this work into three main parts: Generalities, Functional structure of the quality, and Quality program.Downloads
