We developed a longitudinal, demonstrative, prospective study about the main aspects of the quality warranty in a clinicosurgical hospital with the objective of introducing a general process of continuous improvement, based on a diagnosing stage (already published in this journal). Throughout the process there were created functional structures of the quality that, able of playing the role they were created for, led to the achievement of the desired objectives, giving the institution the possibility of improving the quality of the services it renders.Downloads
