Abstract

During years, many therapeutic efforts have been developed to improve the life quality and survival of patients with malign brain tumors, but in spite of the scientists´ and professionals´ daring, the survival time of the patients with high malignity glioma diagnosed is short.
The traditional treatment of these patients has been surgery and radiotherapy. During the last two decades, chemotherapy and immunology have been developed and opened hopeful expectations. Recently, the genetic engineering for the gene transduction and the usage of killer cells have been experimentally used. Precisely, in the genetic technology and molecular biology should be centered the therapeutic future of these devastating lesions.
