Abstract

We present an unusual case of endometriosis in the lower third of the right ureter with repercussion on the upper urinary tract. Hematuria was not a predominant symptom at the menstrual period, as it is described in the literature. The endometriosis was an anatomopathologic discovering.
No case reported with these characteristics was found in the revised literature.
