Abstract

With the objective of certifying the educational accreditation of Cárdenas' Hospital carry out a study layout based on one investigative work and we take the methods of the dialectical one for the exercise, as the professionals of the health they can with a conception dialectical materialist using the general methods of the dialectical one to carry out a scientific investigation that can elevate the quality from the attention to the patients inside the ethical principles minimizing the undesirable goods, inclusive of the hospital costs. Let us enumerate and let us exemplify the steps of the clinical method through a comparative study of 160 patients that they are administered for the interruption of pregnancy General Anaesthesia against the Blockade Paracevical, being this way and to motivate the educational personnel to the application of the materialistic knowledge of the dialectical one as having put universal of the scientific knowledge that it is good us methodologically to demonstrate that he/she practices it (medical) it is starting point of the knowledge and approach validation of the truth, applicable to the daily work and this way to improve the human health in the relationship fellow-object (doctor-patient).
