Abstract

We present a case of hepatic cyst rupture, in a 70-years-old patient, urgently surgically intervened as a result of a peritoneal syndrome, suspected of having a perforation of hollow viscera. We describe the anatomopathologic, radiological and clinical findings, and also the applied surgical therapeutic.
