The Pandemia by HIV AIDS, is a health problem that has to do with everybody, since its coming at the end of the 70 th decade and at the beginning of the 80s in the past XX century; the affectation in population groups where the first cases were described, the determination of the cause agent and possibilities of prevention and therapies for the disease are the motives of the investigation by many institutions and scientists. The study of the Genetic Immunologic aspects which are involved in its pathogenesis under the brightness of the present knowledges, may help to understand the magnitude of the disease and its devastated consequences in the Organism. Proteins like Histones, and the presence of Ubiquinone, the role of the DNA and the genetic variety that the virus has by itself or at the moment which is at the cell genome, make difficult the search of a preventive and curative therapy against the disease. That is why in spite of that each day there are better results in those investigations, up to this moment the most secure method is the prevention which is achieved by means of a good education and a better health promotion in population.Downloads
