Synchronic tumor in parotid gland. On the purpose of a case.

A 64 years-old, male patient, with antecedents of being subject to a BAAF of cervical adenopathy with a diagnostic of epidermoid carcinoma, finding a primary tumor in nasopharynx. We cleared out the neck finding an intra-parotid ganglion metastasis of scaly carcinoma and synchronic Warthin ' s tumor. We review literature and did not find references of this tumor duality.Downloads
