Choriocarcinoma as cause of pulmonary embolism. Presentation of a case

This is the case of a 21-years-old, black, female patient admitted at the Teaching Territorial Hospital of Cardenas Dr Julio M Aristegui Villamil presenting breathlessness, dry cough, without expectoration, no fever and affection of the general status. She died a week after the admission in a picture of arrhythmia . The conclusion of the necropsy was pulmonary thromboembolism of tumor origin (choriocarcinoma) in both pulmonary arteries.Downloads
