The neoliberal globalization and their repercussion in the superior education in Latin America.

Abstract

It is in progress the Neoliberal Globalization with features that characterize it and you form that rebound through the Economy and the Politics in the Processes Educational University students.
That is a type of unacceptable reformation for any educational process that has among their purposes the conservation and development of the cultural patrimony. According to the Neoliberalism the educational systems have to be efficient until the point in that he/she needs to have certain qualified forces for the acting of the invaded economies; where he/she obtains abundant natural resources, manpower cheap and few demands in the protection of the environment, an educated technocrat also requires with low critical capacity of the social reality to propose alternative of solution, what could constitute a threat for her transactional hegemony.
The Neoliberal Globalization rebounds directly on the processes educational university students from the point of view of objectives, methods and focuses, imposing designs based on the privatisation and commercialism.
The Neoliberal subjection causes in Latin America very un favourable indicators in the general Education.
The solutions to the educational disaster forced by the Neoliberalism are based fundamentally on the confrontation together of the negative impact with integrated strategies of educational systems where the necessary relationships with systems of the first world are about the base of the mutual respect and the equality.
