With these premises we decided to prepare an easy-handled folding for the staff of the primary care attention, with current criteria, definitions, epidemiologic criteria, risk facts, diagnostic, prevention forms, treatment, possible complications and rehabilitation, considering that when these patients' care is better, a higher life expectancy is achieved.Downloads
