Abstract

We made a bibliographic review on one of the less mentioned in the literature paraphilias, the gerontophilia. It is defined as the sexual activities, acts or fantasies with elder persons, being the main specificity, i.e., when the male or female individual sexually activates only with this administrator, in this case, elder persons. We reviewed aspects of its origin, its causes, and differential diagnosis.
