Organizational Environment in Primary Health Care Institutions

In this article we assess the organizational climate, with the objective of explaining and giving a perspective about the concept based on the contributions and researches of the organizational behavior, where we highlight its importance for the good work of the management and workers of the health units. We reflected on different forms to determine the climate of an organization and how to improve it. Among these forms of determining it we analyzed the techniques proposed by Letwin and Stinger. We emphasized and detailed the techniques of exploring the organizational climate through four basic dimensions: motivation, leadership, reciprocity and participation.Downloads
