Abstract

A six-years-old male patient, diagnosed with pseudoarthrosis of the distal third of the left radius, treated surgically with external fixation and autologous bone grafting, with the objective of applying a monopolar  fixer RALCA, to give  more stability and guaranty the satisfactory evolution of a so feared by the orthopedists complication.  We obtained satisfactory results, arriving to the conclusion that this technique application is very useful and at the reach for everybody.
