Abstract

A description is carried out with regard to information on hospitals and their functioning evolution according to demographic,political and social transformations.The challenges facing the health systems in the new century and the need for reorientation in hospital institutions within the health services network
Has been reviewed in onder to archieve greater efficacy and medical attention accessibility.
Finally, the manner in which public health services are conformed in our country is analyzed.
