Abstract

Three processes are reviewed in the present work which has been developed, not only in the medical science cycle(from the 6th to the 10th semester) but in the basic clinical science cycle(in the 4th and 5th semester) ,and also in the initial cycle of biomedical and social basic sciences (from the 1st to the 3rd semester);being thes processes: teaching,assistance and research, with an integrating approach having in common the raising of the population health qualilty,either educationg professionals which respond to the health system needs,through the teaching and educational process or with the development of the best medical practice on the basis of an efficient medical attention process of health human resources and in the practical activity of health professionals.
