Abstract

The challenges improsed to education are pointed out,specifically to higher medical education in the influence of global processes on health entities is indicated.The condition and academic excellences of human resources are reviewed as indispensable milestone to after optimum services and satisfy the population needs,some variables influency on the quality of health professionals are mentioned and special references is made to scientific investigation,professional education improvement,assurance and acdemic credits.The conditions that the neww millenium physician should meet are preciseñy determined.
