Abstract

The perfectioning of the work is a fundamental need for the educational teaching process;not only to offer solid and deep knowledge to all students but to motivate its creative activity and self prepation habits.We werw urged to perform this work due to the necessity in our notations of
Otorrhinolaryngology,Ophthalmology,propedeutics and Internal Medicine to use the student maximum time in order to fulfil the curriculum program with quality and obtain satisfactory results in partial and final evaluations.In medical superior education a series of qualilties must be personality of all future professionals being communication something necessary to the phypician so that be or she may develop the clinical method and this carry out efficienthy his or her diagnostic,prognostic and prophylactic work.This independent study in the application of the daily medical practice has a lot value.This way we concider that a much more integral prfessional will be formed. An analysic on the instructive and educational objectives in our curriculum was carried out and taking into account the goals to fulfil in each teaching activity,the independent work was planned and developed.
