Woman of 35 years of age that was enter in the hospital of Cardenas for ascites, with severe dyspnea, tachycardia and fever, is carried out an ecocardiography and a heart tumor is diagnosed that almost occupies the whole left auricle, during the hospitalization she presents a stroke, after several days of medical treatment is compensated and she are transfer to the hospital CIMEQ where it was operated, in pathological anatomy was diagnosed a mixoma of left auricle, the patient was given of cured discharge.Downloads
