We present a case diagnosed as Nasal Histiocytic Lymphoma, in a white, male, 63 years-old patient, who works as a carpenter. He came to the office because he is presenting, for a month already, a nasal deformity with tumoration obstructing the left nasal orifice, epistaxis and dacryocystitis. The histiocytic nasal lymphoma or Reticular sarcoma is a tumor with extraordinary sensibility to radiations. The unfrequentness of this pathology, reported for the first time in our department of the hospital "Julio M. Arístegui", of Cardenas motivates us to present the case. The patient was submitted to surgical and radio therapy, showing a good evolution after a 10 months treatment. We concluded the case with a diagnosis of Nasal Histiocytic Lymphoma, very sensible to the radio therapy.Downloads
