We describe a 12-years-old female patient with antecedents of Bronchial Asthma presenting poor respiratory symptoms. The physical examination showed mild suprasternal retraction, diminished vesicular breath sound in right vertex and absence of rattles. Chest X- Rays and Chest Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT Scan) revealed the presence of a mass shadow located in the front mediastinum. The final diagnosis was achieved as a result of a tumor biopsy through a mediastinoscopy: Hodgkin Lymphoma, type Nodular Sclerosis.Downloads
