Qualitative investigation phases linked to the nursing care process

Abstract

Mastering the paradigms of the investigation is vital for the health care staff to obtain scientific results, though, it is necessary to facilitate them the methods and techniques of the social investigation to collect, process, analyze, and share the information in the studied contexts. We treat with the scientific problem: ¿How to improve the mastering of the qualitative paradigms in health care workers? General objective: To apply the phases and stages of the qualitative paradigm to the investigative method: The process of the nursing care. We deal with concepts like science, methodology, investigation, methodology of the scientific investigation, methodology of the social investigation and of several kind of knowledge, all of them terms proper of the investigation. The investigation was developed with two groups of Licentiate in Nursing for workers, obtaining significant results in the student's work gathering and analyzing qualitative data.
