Abstract

An investigation in Health Systems and Services, with a transversal, descriptive, observational design, was carried out at the Family University Policlinic “Carlos Verdugo,” to identify its Organizational Climate. The universe and the sample were all the 426 workers. We applied de Inventory of Organizational Climate and semi structured, evaluating four variables or basic dimensions: Leadership, Motivation, Reciprocity and Participation. It was identified that the four dimensions reached values between 2.9 and 1.6, fewer than 3, the inferior average limit. Dimension Leadership reached lower values, between 1.82 and 1.96, followed by the dimension Motivation with values between 1.68 and 2.38. Only the dimension Reciprocity in the category of Institutional Patrimonial Care reached values of 3.18, above the inferior limit. We concluded that the policlinic Organizational Climate is Inadequate and Insatisfactory.
