Abstract

The immediate dentures in one employed tecnic since many years ago in our country. The same consist in a form more generalized by the previous confection of the prosthesis at the realization of the extraction and it’s put inmediatibity what accomplish the extraction.

Of accord at the traditional tecnic in same cases, not obtain the esthetic fine hoped by the patients, at not can to watch inmediatibily the good treatment realized and in others is necessary to modify the dental articulation of the initiate for can to sit oll artificial teeth.

By it, is what we realize the assembly of the artificial teeth in the zones of the previous teeth collectively what we replace immediately.
The resultant demonstrate what this tecnic permit to obtain the best satisfactory esthetic in the patients and diminish the necessary for the assembly of the teeth at the same time, and this prevent what to realize modifications in the previously work realized
